Sudhakar Garlanka

President

Sudhakar Garlanka is the founder of multiple technology and energy companies in US, China, and India. He is currently the President of TekBank, and serves as chief of its operations. From 2008 to present, at TekBank Mr. Garlanka’s focus has been on strategic planning, new business development, financial management, and overseeing TekBank services in transportation industry.

Mr. Garlanka is an alumnus of Georgetown University with a MBA. He also has MS in Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. In addition to degrees in management and engineering, he has more than 15 years of Information Technology experience. Mr. Garlanka’s previous career experience at several companies, including EDS (Currently HP) and Sprint gave him deep insights into changing technology trends and vision to create companies that could provide its clients with right solutions, people, processes and technologies.

He used his technical knowledge, passion for customer service and industry experience to provide solutions that would embody the clients’ mission and provide timely solutions. His passion for customer focus and business sense has allowed him to build TekBank from a niche main frame services company into a full-fledged IT services company. Mr. Garlanka has a unique ability to motivate the spirit of individuals to share his focus on quality and integrity.

John C. Moore

Business Development Manager

John C. Moore brings over two decades of dynamic experience in recruitment and operations management to his role at TekBank. With a keen eye for talent assessment and acquisition, John has mastered the art of full-cycle recruitment, excelling in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier candidates. His expertise extends across diverse areas, including IT recruitment for commercial and government sectors.

At TekBank, John adeptly navigates the complex landscapes of governance, finance, procurement, HR, technology, and innovation, contributing significantly to AI, IT, and finance transformations. His proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools, combined with his solid foundation in marketing from Florida State University, makes him an invaluable asset to TekBank and its clients. John’s commitment to operational excellence and his ability to foster robust consultant and client relationships are central to TekBank’s mission of delivering outstanding IT solutions and services.

Allison Kenny

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Allison Kenny, as TekBank’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, brings extensive expertise to TekBank, specializing in B2B sales, client success management, and partnership building.  Her unique blend of intuition and analytics created impactful customer experiences, driving business expansion and enhancing company valuations. Allison’s proven track record includes successful exits with startups and post-IPO organizations in the tech industry, showcasing her adaptability to various business models. Her innovative approach to business process design enables her to implement client expansion functions, supporting valuation growth and brand awareness. Adept at leveraging tech platforms for efficiency, she ensures long-term client relationship success. A post-graduate of Swansea University in the U.K., her studies in behavioral science and media lay a solid foundation for her strategic and analytical skills. Beyond work, she shares her passion for teaching belly dancing and meditation, conducting workshops that delve into the rich history of these practices.

Shaneequa O’Connor

Senior Manager for SCADA Operations

Shaneequa O’Connor, TekBank’s Senior Manager for SCADA Operations, is tasked with ensuring that a culture of precision and excellence permeate all aspects of our work with TekBank’s SCADA clients. Her tenure has resulted in exceptional client satisfaction, and her leadership style inspires loyalty, fostering a culture of employee satisfaction and resulting in long-term success and the delivery of exceptional operational performance. Her strategic oversight of day-to-day operations ensures efficiency, significantly contributing to TekBank’s operational success and continuous improvement initiatives, and strongly reinforces our overall commitment to excellence in SCADA operations and management.

Shaneequa’s academic credentials include a Master’s in Criminal Investigation and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Forensics from the University of New Haven, CT, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Hampton University, VA. Beyond her professional endeavors, Shaneequa is an avid traveler, leveraging her passion to create amazing excursions around the world for herself and her family.

With over 40 years of distinguished service as a management consultant, Lou has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency across various sectors. His extensive experience includes business process management and consulting for state and federal agencies, large financial institutions, and transportation authorities, such as Amtrak and the Long Island Railroad. Lou’s keen eye for detail has helped our clients mitigate risk, improve safety, and ensure seamless functioning of major transportation systems.
